Hello! It's been a while since I've done this, but I've decided to do some more celestial flags! This time, we'll look at our home planet Earth. The flag is inspired by Oskar Pernefeldt's "International Flag of the Planet Earth" and makes some tweaks. You could say this is a variant flag to that design.

The blue represents water, the main element to Earth's surface, covering 71% of it. Water is also a vital element to life on our planet and is the most important resource to civilization on Earth. The color blue is also evident in Earth's nitrogen skies. The shade of blue was also adjusted to be slightly lighter towards a more azure color for better accuracy to the colors of the sky and oceans.

While the blue provides the basis for life to exist, the green represents life itself. On the remaining 29% of available land, all habitable land on Earth is dominated by the color green due to the existence of plants.

The 7 circles seen on the flag interlace together to create a flower, a symbol for life and one of its forms on Earth. The number of circles can also be connected to the Earth containing 7 continents and the color white can be attributed towards Earth's clouds, ice caps, and light.
