I would assume that with the pictures title "Repo" it's a "Repossessed" body part.  (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reposses⦠. One can take the liberty to assume these are agents for some biotech company in the business of replacing organs, for a price. If that price is not payed these agents could be sent to reclaim the merchandise. In the end it's left up to the individuals imagination.
