What? I don't get this question. Please state it correctly.
Are you asking if you're allowed to use my coding to make your own skins and distribute them?
If that's what you are asking, then no. Unless I give proper permission. I do not like seeing my coding being used. ( Even though it's very simple and some people probably use the same type of coding. ) I don't like my hard work being put to waste.
If you want to use my coding to start your own line of skins. Please note me and we'll come to an agreement.
