Description
A request for of his character Phillip.This was my first time drawing an anthropomorphic
fish before, it's even been a long time since I've drawn
a scaled animal, so this was interesting getting stuff
looking sort of alright. I also tried hard shading for the
first time which was alright although I'm not very good
with the effect yet. I also tried to draw in Räven's quicker,
more sketchy style which he's been helping me with and
I must say, it's a very fun and easy style to draw in.
Anyway, as always I'd appreciate any feedback
you guys have on this unique request.

I sometimes wondered if anthro fish was possible, and you have shown that it is. I'll admit it's a bit odd, but only because fish naturally don't have appendages like legs and arms and brings up several questions jeje. Still though, you managed to bring it together fairly nicely.
Also, to make it look more like underwater, some highlights and "water-surface-light effects" on the skin would help. Or maybe a slight off-color tint to him too.

That's a good idea with the water effects and lighting, I'll keep that
in mind for if I do an underwater scene again. ^^
