Indeed, at last a normal post-apocalyptic woman, no skimpy "armor" or half-naked body.
Two things i'd change:
1) Remove that katana and put a survival axe or machete, maybe a scrap-scavenged polearm.
2) Add a bit more dirt. Clothes look as if you just got the washed and ironed!

It makes me so happy to see a femaleΒ post apocalyptic design that isn't all skimpy and such. This is a lovely design!

An absolutely amazing photo. A lot more realistic and believable than the other post-apoc portraits I've been finding. only tif would be to swap out the katana for a light weight camp axe like a Gransfors Bruks Scandinavian forest axe. That would imply that not only do you have to defend yourself with your firearms, but you can also survive in the wilderness too.
