Cannot suddenly recall the year of release each sonic game but this somehow reminds me of the Sonic Unleashed where Sonic gains werehog abilities. In the night of the full moon he would start to turn into his werehog form and well... I would imagine some problems would follow him along the way. Still loving this image thought. It's one of my favorites from Prr's gallery. <3

If I had to guess, it has to do with Sonic's were-hog form.  He ended up clawing at Amy when he never intended to hurt her.
