In the Anime Shinra cut her head off again and gave it to someone. I don't remember exact details (watched it about 10 months ago), but that should be somewhere right. She wanted to leave him so he doesn't get hurt, but he wanted to live with her even without the head, because he loved her personality.

(They are all attractive in their own ways whether it be beautiful, cute, tough, etc. And red hair can come in many shades of red, including orange, so it doesn't have to be literally red to count) And that's only using characters from animes I myself have seen. There are undoubtedly many more very attractive anime girls with red hair.
