It could just be my eyes - I have been playing Overwatch for 16 hours - but her nose and eyes needs a bit of work a little shrinking and thinning could be done. But over all it looks good.

Very nice, love the pose and the improvement is really cool to see compared to the old picture.
The one point of critique I have is that the left ear is / looks just pasted on. What's bothering me about it is the hair flow all around it - with no indication that the ear is actually "growing" out. THAT is actually better in the old version, where the hair leads into the ear.
