Taken: At Parken zoo, Sweden
I visited Parken zoo during the Eastern holidays. I know it's a long time ago but here is one of the pictures I took that day ^^

Unfortunately, those African Wild Dogs are not alive any more. Was on Swedish news all over what that Zoo do to all the endangered animals that "disappears" from that Zoo. They are put to sleep and thrown in a big freezer at the back of the park. Those poor little Wild Dogs were put to sleep and thrown in there as well to make room for "new and more interesting animals", while the owner of the Zoo claimed that they had been sent to a different Zoo.

Well, I'll just say what I say to my dog in similar situations:
*ahem* "You're so lazy! Foldy ears! Don't fold your ears at me! Get up and do something! Why must you be so lazy? WHY?!"

Maybe because his kind is from Japan and in South Africa it doesn't get so cold. Usually he's more active when it's cold and the wind is blowing. So he's like me

Ah, well we have from 0 to 40 ... so, maybe the Shiba Inu prefers subzero temperatures but that almost never happens here

In Scandinavia, you usually freeze and you sometimes boil. In South Africa, we're not cold or hot, we only dehydrate

I don't know ^^ We freez in the winter, relax in the spring heat, live in the hot summer when the sun is visible almost around the clock and we are whashed away in the autumn rain ^^ While you on the other hand you have a less changing climate but you have a much warmer and drier climate

Yeah maybe we're luckier ... we also don't have those stinging gnat things. I was in Sweden once (I think it was near Åseda?) and those little bugs are vicious O_o;
On the other hand, we have fewer pine forests. We have some, but not many. And they have no ferns or anything, only pine needles and mushrooms, which is depressing. So, there you go.
