Β I hate how everyone says "Can you check out my adopt?" or "Adopt my adoptable" like don't they know this is real life? They don't know what's going on outside of the computer? Also, I have $200 ready to be forked over to my local animal shelter :3

All our cats we had were strays that we got fixed and were ours, until we gave them aww be we moved to a place that didn't allow cats. But I always believe in adoption! Its the best way!

This isn't an adopt. This is to raise awareness of the people who don't think pets are actually real things, only accessories.

Totally agree and love this! But anyone just wanting an "accessory" shouldn't get an animal, they're members of the family not trinkets to go with someone's outfit or furniture.

i absolutely love this. I'll admit i cry every time i watch animal cops on Animal Planet. I want to adopt a cat so bad but i don't know how much luck i'd have with finding a Siberian Cat at a shelter. Im allergic to cats and people with cat allergies can sometimes own that breed. Of course ill try to find one though.

Yeah, you're right. Bred animals do seem nicer to look at, but then again, I do blame those animal breeders for giving people a need to spay and neuter animals, and I never say yes to mutilating anyone's nether regions, man or beast.
Poor little cats though. But at least some domesticated carnivores have hope of being adopted, unlike those poor old factory farm animals.

The shirt company was supposed to undergo a major launch this summer... but considering the state of the economy, I don't know if that will happen now, later, or at all.

You could always go with cafepress, their t-shirts can be a bit expensive but the quality is good. I would definatly buy one as I think others who have commented here would as well. If you're not interested, I would love to print one off if possible...you have a great design here
