Yes, THIS certainly resembles a 'dragon', don't you think?! o_OIt's been a while since I did the other four elements, so I'm making an effort to finish the series now!
Colour and general look/effect of a piece are more important to me than precise anatomy! Can't you see?! o_O
It's also meant to be a being of essence and energy rather than physical material...

The neat thing about dragons is that because they're made up, there is no "right" or "wrong" way to draw them, so long as it's still a dragon.
And besides, essence and energy is way more fun than physical stuff....

The contrasts in this piece are stunning. The purple and black (traditional "dark" colours) are contrasting, but the spider-like limbs and the fairy wings show even more contrast and contradiction. I love the fact that you've managed to get across the feeling of "darkness" without actually using a whole lot of black.
