Nice! It looks a little like it's ... "plastered"? where all the colors or really thick and violent. The "tatoo"s on the Dragons face and the black scratches on the horn are too sharp. The teeth could use a little more shading. Anyways, enough complaining. It's a good Dragon head. Nice job.

Wonderful colour-scheme! The vibrancy really hits you hard. Looks like you've done a good job on that head-frill; I like the 'tattered' feel especially.
