Its amazing! A few details I think would make it better would be if Rayquaza's eyes blended in better with orange surrounding it, and the pupil be brightly-colored like the other two primal PokΓ©mon.The inside of the mouth should be glowing, and his body pattern should represent a random Roman letter.
Also, I think Dragon/Flying is great the way it is.
