Good job with the sepia toning.
(note: the inclusion of Fat Albert is not a racist sentiment because I was just talking about "sepia toning"! My assumption that the Pied Piper pictured is Mexican due to his mustache and clothing IS however, racist. 
There's a lot of emotion in their eyes! (or rather, lack thereof in the children, haha) I can just see the gears turning in the piper's head, "Ooohoohoo, yes, I may be a registered sex offender in the town over, but here in Hamelin I am just 'innocent wandering piper'. OH YES, SOME PIPING WILL OCCUR LATER TONIGHT."
