I completed this pretty much without any effort, but I'm still thrilled at how it came out! I just straight up drew the distortion effect in that bubble (SEE LOOK AT THE LINEART ) and when i finished coloring it I was like MAN people are going to think I used a Photoshop filter or something! Er well maybe not but w/e.
Magnemite is one of my fav'rite Pokemans. Love the whole evolutionary line. A++++. YES OF COURSE his eyeball is an oldschool LCD screen duh.

Well ACTUALLY because Magnmemite became Electric/Steel dual type since Gold/Silver, water attacks are NORMALLY EFFECTIVE!! In fact, Water is the ONLY type of attack that is normally effective against the Magnemite line -- it is weak, resistant, or immune to all the others.
(See this is what I'm talking about when I say that Magnemite is one of my fav'rites. I HAVE A MAGNEZONE! I love it dearly and its name is Tennyson.)
That is, unless you were referring to my art. In which case, you are correct. It is not very effective.
