Description Decided to try fighting animations ever since getting hooked to UMVC3. Here's Twilight doing a book-Hadouken to get you to click on the link below.

I'll be releasing an animation pack of fighting moves in a couple of days. Need some time to compile them.

Teleport flash: can't locate the pcf file, but I'm sure it is a dota2 particle. Name is ranged_siege_good_explosion_flash

Twi black hole: items2_fx.pcf > heavens_halberd (dota2)

Magic cloud on book during Twi super: generic_gameplay.pcf > dropped_dust (dota2)

Not currently, because I'm focusing on other projects. But I do have ideas for other characters like AJ, Pinkie, R Dash 5000, Sombra and maybe Tirek. Maybe I'll execute these ideas in the future

I see. And about the resources you've gotten from each of those effects for Twilight & Rainbow as shown here? How in the world did you manage to make them fit properly with some of the animations that you've used for each of the sources and models you've gotten them from? That's seems impossible from the way I'm looking at them.

Hm I don't quite understand what you mean o.o But some of the particles required some edits to them, such as colour, size, and their movement properties. These edits are done in the particle editor. Other particles required locking. One example would be RD's foot trails during her super move: the foot trail particle must be locked to her hoof in order to "generate" the trail. Simply spawning the particle by itself won't do anything. 

For Twilight's beam during her super move, there were about 2 or 3 particles "layered" together to get the effect I wanted (if I remember correctly).

I understand what you're trying to say, but I'm trying to understand how you manage do create and make ALL that, with these models and sources.

I think I'm missing something here, because I don't really get what you mean lol. Are you asking if I made those particles in the sources? If so, then the answer is nope, I didn't make them (they were made by other people). The pony models were made by other people too. I just animate the models in Source Filmmaker.

Hmm. But how did you make them appear that way in this pic and in the animation based off of this? Retexture or something? I'm still pretty confused on how you were able to use these models, and some how made them into that.

The files in the links are not models. They are particles which are quite different from models. Through the particle editor in SFM, I'm able to change the properties of those particles in order to get them to look the way they do in the video. Some of the properties changed are colour, size and movement. I think you might have had some confusion between models and particles o.o

It's okay. Maybe one day, if you make a video of it, I might see it one day and see how you were able to make custom particles from those models you've done for this pic and later animation.

i also had a question, lets say i wanted to take one of the sphere particles and enlarge to the size of Frieza or Buu's planet kill attack. I just need to go into the particle editor right?

Yes. You can generally change the size of particles by increasing the min and max values under "radius random". It doesn't seem to work in some of the particles though, unfortunately, but it's worth playing around with settings to see what they do.

Thanks .  I managed to get the Complete Edition of Fighting is Magic that they released to the internet before Hasbro shut the creators down XD. I also love the theme they made for Dashie.
