Trying to think of the story with them. Do I really want to make them clones?
Though this was used Top Cow's V.I.C.E. (SWAT for those wondering what character - Does anyone even remember V.I.C.E.?), I was thinking that the police officers get 2 troopers to accompany them, controlled by the officer like a tactical shooter. They also had Power Girl, or Galatea, do this in Justice League International, the animated series. Talk about video games helping you in the real world.
