I came up with this idea well playing the game "Destroy All Humans" A game of which I've recently become addicted too, it doesn't matter how much I play that game... Picking people up with my mind and throwing them never gets old.Mesh for the eyes and the UFO's... Just basic gradient for the background... and then pen tool for the rest.
