Very cool to look at and analyze what is going on in this picture. It looks like its sort of repeated from one corner to the next but there is a bit of darkness changed from the sides and bottom compared to the center top.

Vision - them or idea is a kaleidoscope but it says collide a scope, not sure the meaning but the idea of conveying a kaleidoscope is pretty solid.

Originality - it does seem original though i don't see alot of this type of graphic art, i just though it looked pretty detailed and was interesting so i marked it high!

Technique - it looks like it must have taken some skill to get it symmetrical but not boring, also there are some shading effects on the blocks that make it interesting as well, not much ground shading from a light source but still convincing.

Impact - is pretty high the details on the corners make me look at it twice. I love the impace of the bright colors as well, i think its well done as far as colorful impact and making me look at the details of it.

Deviousness - not sure what this is but its overall pretty cool!

I see candy-colored skyscrapers viewed from the top surrounding a garden pavilion with a fountain.  Or maybe that was my medication.    Seriously, I love this and it does remind me of skyscrapers.  Awesome colors!
