Now we have a possible inspiration for Silver's car: Mercedes Vision EQ Silver Arrow!Essentially it has similar wheels, body style and cockpit design - and glows blue!
There is another car, Mercedes Biome, that has similar body stylings as well.
Basically, this works as a good study on metallic paint.

Silver could probably hover it, but keeps himself from taking advantage of being able to hover cars off grass terrains.
