I've never met this man, but he hereby has my immediate respect. He was just an average Joe walking home from work, has a bag in his hand from the store, when he saw a line of tanks rolling through his neighborhood. This man stood in front of that tank line and his one act of resolution helped halt and upcoming coup... coup as in coup de tat. I only say that because in Russia, a Coup is a penis.Related content

It's sad that that guy was taken away shortly after that. They say it was secret police, but shortly after that stand off, someone took him away from the tanks.
