Copic marker practice (got some new ones today... fly away moneys... fly away...) X3 See all the colors bleeding out of the lines? XD Yikes... There must be some way to prevent that from happening. Thankfully, there was minimal salvaging wif Faber-Castell color pencils. Only colored on some bits of Joseph's vest and his hair.
This is before Joseph becomes Flux Studio's Sandman. The little fairy-harpy-creature lady is totally random.
and I am totally going to sleep now.

i really love the disign of the wee bird creature, it's just so bright and the colouring really brings it into life... i esspecially like the kinda care free look to it (i.e the way the pink overlaps on the leg). over all, the colouring is very strong and joseph's hair in perticular is worh mentioning. the gray sheen is an especially nce touch... owever, i find the sheen of his lips and the whitness of hisfingernails emasculates him. in the case ofthe latter, they seem to exagerate the nail's lenght.

Great job with the copic markers! I can never get them to work quite as well as that. You obviously have a good knowledge of shadow and light placement; lol I really don't! I like his eyes, ya hardly ever see anyone drawing people with green eyes anymore.
