Burne Hogarth is always a good person to look at, though i hope his drawing of form doesn't scare you XD It scared me when I first came across it~ haha~ his teaching/drawing is very clear and systematic~ it does help to take your time and not rush, carefully considering what he says/writes and see how that informs his art~
i think you can also look on dA itself~ there's lots of people who write quick tutorials about drawing clothing, i'm sure~ and youtube~ lots of resources out there~

As always, photo references of real people are always helpful because the way the clothes wrinkle and fall on the body will be accurate~ Lots of stock artists on dA :3 Not difficult to find~
