This one is more detailed than even the Jun Planning editions. JP made three different Corpse Bride dolls and this one has a different facial expression than the others.
Looks more like one of authentic puppets from the movie.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the same doll. It's a collector's edition imported from Japan. Diamond Comics originally distributed for North America. Here's a link [link]
