Actually, 'Furisode' is a specific type of kimono worn by young, unmarried women. It is a formal kimono characterized by sleeves that are about almost long as the kimono itself. It often has elaborate patterns and bright colours. From what I can see of your girl's outfit, it likely qualifies.
