Drawn January 2006.I love my giraffes. These two love eachother.
I've been wanting to do something with giraffes *ahem* 'together' for a while. Is that weird? o.o I dunno, I guess the way they look while mating is very interesting to me and I find a weird sort of awkward art in it.
I love this picture because no one seems to catch on to just what they're doing when they first look at it. Its fun to see the look on their faces when they figure it out. hehe. It was even better with the lineart because there's no color to separate them.

I would have to assume that the reason no one catches on right away is because of the necks. I think they catch the eyes first then they're eyes move down the art. Maybe? I think so?

You're right about not catching that they are "showing their love" to each other right when you see it. I think it has to do with their facial expressions. As far as psychedelic giraffes in love and having sex with each other go this is by far my favorite lol. Funny, sweet and good.
