Gift of Languages- Languages come easily to Trig, though by no means instantaneous. He works hard when learning another language and puts in the time and effort to perfecting his pronunciations. His current fluent languages are: English, French, Russian, and Spanish.
Research- Because of an inability to be properly schooled, he is largely self-taught and so has learned tricks to researching a given topic.
"Danger" Sense-Due to his father's influence, Trig is hyper-vigilant to those around him and at the slightest hint of a possible scuffle, he'll flee the situation, in a sedate manner, of course.

Hailing from rural Louisiana, USA, Trig spent his childhood running from his strict, overbearing ex-military father and helping his older sister scrounge for relics from the past to pawn for money. Though the war loomed always in the back of his mind, his primary concerns were always on escaping from under his father's patronizing thumb and making enough money to become his own man. With a gift for languages and hunger for knowledge, Trig spent many a year at the defunct public library, working hard to raise himself up from his roots. At the age of twenty, he was finally able to earn a halfway decent living doing translation work for clients through the internet.

It was through these contacts that he came across DAMMED and learned of their involvement in trying to keep the world peaceful. Though contrary to his desire to live without worry, he made the decision to pack up his bags and head for Seryy.

Why the character wants to join DAMMED
Earn money, see the world, be his own man, maybe poke a few demons while he's at it. In truth, he felt as if by joining DAMMED, he would finally be able to do something worthwhile with his life.
