Awsome coloring job! the whole piece is excellent! the character looks awsome too 
Words of Wizdom like on the pic with the crown and ruby, you should add a texture effect. not like a jean texture, but a lip texture. Since she looks like she has makeup on, you should give it a solid shine with the addition layer. if you don;t have that option, then I think screen or dodge should work just as well. I'm not shure though. n e ways, just give it a solid--some what blurry, but not too much--shine on the lips on the part where it sticks out the most on the bottom row

thanks, but i'm not quite confortable with this pic, in my screen it looks cool, but in others it doesn't look that good, actually all my pics look really different in my screen, might redo it later

This one is good, but has some issues I'm finding difficult to overlook... the way you colored her hand holding the gun looks like it could have been better, her fingers look more like claws. For the most part, your coloring is great but it appears her pants are made of the same shiny texture as her top. It might be the line art that's turning me off but it's not the best I've seen you do. Requests are usually harder though, at least to me...

i do like the colors,
the background is very well done, altough, for me there's something not right on the hair, maybe i'm wrong but the way you applied the colors on it, doesn't make it look like hair at all. That's the only thing i have to say about the colors, on the other hand, the pencils are great, but her face could be more feminine and the hat might need a little extra work.
But the whole idea is pretty cool, the way she stands out of the frame,,,nice!

i use a soft brush and go in the direction of the hair for the shadow and use the pen tool and gradient for the highlights

There's a brush i like to use in my drawings when i'm coloring hair, i think it gives it a little texture, i don't know if you've tried that already,,,,,
