You will not regret watching it I recommend you start with Kamen Rider Den-O first, it's got some good laughing material and serious stuff as well.

okay but do you know any good sites where I can watch it? (all the sites I find to try and watch Power Rangers tell me to either make an account, pay for watching or both)

drama. net is a good place, I've been able to find many Kamen Rider series (COMPLETE) on it, or you can go on Youtube and subscribe to RiderFan, he has uploaded several full Kamen Rider series with English subs.
