If Hinata saw all those mini Naruto's climbing up, and around, her upper body. Would she find the right Naruto, amoung all of those clones? Oh, it'll be like a dare. Naruto would dare Hinata to find the real him. If she does, she'll do whatever she wants to him. While he's still small. If she doesn't, Naruto will grow back and do whatever he wants to her. Either way, it's a win-win.
