Hinata's violett iris is turned up. The 'bottom' end of her iris is visible. The 'top' part disappears under her eyelid.
Effect: she is looking up.
Naruto's blue iris is in a 'central position'.
Effect: he is looking straight ahead.
My way of checking:
If you mark the eye with a horizontal line in relation to a head in 'neutral' position, mark the way the eye/head/person looks with a line and than place this on Naruto's head, the line ends at around her eyebrow.
I'm no artist. I could never make art like yours. Sometimes I just spot a fact that I become stubborn about. XD
