- Atomar Maschinengewehr 4 (edit from V-60 ): Aka. "AMG4", a light machine gun with anti-armor capabilities, does a lot of damage, and great for taking out some of the bigger targets, or clearing a room of many smaller ones. The machine gun fires 7.62x51mm DU rounds, loaded in the ammunition box with a Radioactive Material Hazard symbol. A Necromech (from Cruelty Squad) can be seen dual-wielding them
- Duke's Combat Shorty (edit from Schockschlag ): A sleek 12 gauge single barreled pump-action shotgun with a pistol grip, a forend pistol grip, a heat shield and an extended magazine tube. Used by Duke Nukem for close range combat, and can be used against almost every enemy types.
- Hakurei Yin-Yang Orb Launcher (edt from RAL ): A handheld box magazine-fed grenade launcher that fires sacred Yin Yang orbs, in which used by the Hakurei shrine maiden. The orbs, however, travels straight directly instead of arc, and explodes upon contact. (from "Reimu DLC" of "I am Sakuya", a Touhou WAD for Doom by Sigyaad Team)
- True Eye's Ceremony Blade (edit from Leapblader ): An ornately decorated sword used by the leader of the raincoat psychopath cult known as True Eye, where they can be found in Willamette Parkview Mall during the outbreak (from Dead Rising). (include the mask of the "True Eye" cultists)
- X-ACTO Large Blade (edit from Jabberslaught ): A larger version of the blade for hobby knives, a type of knife with blade mounted on a pen-like aluminum body for crafting and hobbies. It also known as the "Exact Zero Sword" from somewhere (in LEGO world)
- Doc's Ubernade (edit from Pinenade ): An impact support grenade for the Medic in Meat Fortress (H3VR). Simply remove the pin and throws at the nearby allies. Upon impact, the grenade's blast radius will grants Ubercharge and rapidly heals for a brief of time.
- Cosmo Noodle Cup (edit from Cup Noodle ): A cup noodle of Cosmo Noodles. Some can be seen eaten by the Mysterious Herione X, one of the Saber-faces in Assassin-class, somewhat as one of her buffing skills.
- Marshal Anderson's Revolver (edit from Backpull .45 ): An .45 revolver used by marshal James Anderson (from LucasArts's Outlaws). However, instead of the ejection jod mechanism like every single-action revolver has, the gun features an inaccurate anachronistic swing-out cylinder instead. (including the elixir, the throwing knife, and the dynamite from the game)
- Exor of Smithy Gang (edit from Wandering Saint ): The sword created by the leader of the Smithy Gang that once a massive sword shatters the Star Road and crashes into Bowser's Keep, has been reduced to the initial size of the sword. Despite that, it's still a sentient sword.
- Great Holy Sword of Ludwig (edit from Sabellanze ): The trick sword typically used by Healing Church hunters, that once employed by the first hunter of the church. The sword itself can combines with its giant sheath blade to form into a greatsword
