Horn placement.
Most important make your horns so that the dragon does not pierce itself it bugs me so much hahaha XD Otherwise its pretty fair game really.

can you do something on dragon hands/claws/paws/feets (I DONT EVEN) because I have a hard time with that. especially ones that work a lot like hands
