This is a picture beyond epicness! It only starts with the crowded battlefield with some of the most dangerous creatures in space, where I believe Samus happened to be for a job (this scene could have a major story to offer). And then there we have this insane amount of detail and that awesome lighting - but looking at your gallery, you seem to just be one to have such skills. May I ask how long you were sitting on this? If I would only TRY to do that, I would take more than 100 hours...... I wouldn't know how to create all those fine, different surface textures. What I like most about this picture's content are the damages on Samus' suit and how she fully dares to get in close combat. The picture also nicely shows, how massive her suit is.
This picture is absolutely mindblowing, and I need to keep your print link saved, because THIS is something a fan of good games and movies needs to have on his wall! And once again I realize, that the movie rights for Metroid were taken a long time ago already, but nobody made a movie yet. Samus VS. Predator, it's right there. I can imagine such an epic moment, where a movie is already running for 10, 15 minutes, where a bunch of Predators are on a common hunt, torturing their prey, when suddenly Samus gets an awesome introduction. Too bad Hollywood has this bad habit today, to make movies stupid popcorn-crap........
