Description Heheheh. Dr. Octagonapus! BLAAAAAAAAARRRGH!!!!!!!!! ^^ Shoop da whoop FTW.

This was first drawn out on paper, inked in ultra-fine Sharpie, erased, and colored in Photoshop. I wasn't sure if I should do shading and stuff, so I just left it with the flat colors. If ya think I should shade it, tell me! & I'll upload that too. XD
