The shades are simple but well done. You use a small color pallet to make a good work of art! The character is in an action pose and expresses her intent in the piece (hissy revenge LOL).
The anatomy is correct with the neck and head and mane. Parts of the piece (esp. along edges like the outline of the horn) are rough but don't detract from the piece; work on making lines (eps. major outlines) more clear; I can barely see the ear.
And use a slightly more contrasting background.
Awesome job, and very cool presentation of Queen Chrysalis!
