My first base! It's a Lucky Star base...From left to right is Konata, Kagami, Miyuki, and Tsukasa.

Well, anime is Japanese, so that explains the names XDD
The girl is blushing 'cause 1. She's really shy, and 2. If you look at the original picture, the girl on her right's elbow is accidentally poking her chest XDD
But still, anime is weird. I've heard of this anime, I'm not sure which one, where some character says, like, "People die when they are killed." XDD

Yeah, I did use the line tool 
I had a feeling the eyes were weird, but since this is my first base, I didn't know how to fix it
Also, how are the heads messed up? Is it just because they're too small or something, 'cause I thought they looked a little small

they're small and they look flat in some areas
try using the curve tool instead, its actually not that hard to use
