High magic environments like Fairyland and the Blue Forest are choc full of magical plants and animals... it's finding ones that DON'T do anything that's strange. Luckily, Lucinda is well aware of this. She might not know all the old stories like Will does, but she isn't stupid and she has learned quite a lot over the past year.

Oh and... yes, I am aware of the sinister implications of this. Given my previous journal and all on fairy folklore... (it's funny because the man in the tale was 'Connla of the Firey Hair' too hurr hurr) Erlina -probably- isn't trying to poison or bewitch Lucinda... fairies have a high magical tolerance. Magic doesn't affect them as much as low-magic scale creatures, so things that fairies can safely eat might not be safe for humans. Tyrian is a lot more human-aware than Erlina is. She's nowhere near as old as him and has been quite sheltered, really. So she still does non-human friendly things sometimes...

Also oh mah gah Erlina is in a strip finally?! She turns up frequently in my writing, but has never made it into an actual stript before. Grats, Lina =3 ...now please don't accidentally poison Lucinda, I need her to live. She's probably okay, golden apples are normally wondorous fruit that grants eternal youth and so on.
