She's a Bird User with a Parrot (Blue&Gold Macaws) concept.

She's an intelligent and affectionate girl, same as the Macaws's personality.

I try to draw her composition like a game character hehe ^^

　When, many years ago, there’s a woman who was born with a special power. Her name is Lavina. She has a clairvoyant ability. She sees everything in the future and use the power to save people from danger. Later she became famous for the Oracle, and her story spreads around the world.

　Unfortunately, there’s a bad group of people who want to use her to conquer the world. She tried to escape them, but where ever she goes, people get killed because of them, so she gave up and let them captured her.
　Lavina knew that she’ll be killed if she don’t cooperate with them, but she accepts it if this can save more lives. Before she died, she wished that if there’s more people with ability like her, maybe she could saves more people and the world will be peaceful. And her wish came true.
