She is a civilian from her hometown, Happy Tree Town. She is a "him" in Happy Tree World. Officer was exploring around. He passed a forest, which is named "Everfree forest" by Equestrian, and magically transformed into a pony when he steps into Equestria territory. And got "her" cutie mark in the same time.

She found Equestria is a very peaceful land. Thanks to Pricess Celestia and her student Twilight Sparkle. Taking care of so many troubles around Equestria, such as Everfree forest.

Being a unicorn pony, she decided to live in Canterlot for a high quality living place. And learning game designing knowledge and a few related magic spells.

Now Officer travels between Happy Tree Town and Canterlot. Although she already owned a cutie mark, which mean she has a goal of life. She is still exploring The World to fill her curiosity.
