This is a bab that I adopted from Akuno-Hana and I love her so much!

I've been debating about joining this group for like ever and finally deiced to do so

Edit: I'll probably be tweaking the bio a bit from time to time.

Name: Ruby

Aliases: Rubes (preferred), Thief, Bandit Ruby, Bandit

Rank: Resident

Alignment: Rebel

Gender: She/Her

Gem Type: Ruby

Gem Location and Cut: Left Shoulder and Typical Ruby Cut (circular with a square center cut)

Height: Same height as cannon Ruby (Probably around 4 and a half feet tall)

Weapon: Brass Knuckles

Personality:

    Crafty- Rubes is craftier than most Rubies, having been a bandit previously she had to learn how to be more discreet and clever. While she thinks that she’s smooth, she isn’t as crafty as she likes to believe.

  Dishonest- Rubes is generally dishonest, preferring to twist the truth or tell white lies rather than being honest. If the matter is important or if she just feels like she will tell the truth.
  Curious- Rubes is not to overly curious but she does find herself wanting to find out what unknown and new objects are. This often leads her to “borrowing” them from their owner to further investigate them.
  Romantic- While it is hard for Rubes to fall in love, when she does she falls hard. Rubes has a hard time opening herself up to a relationship and sometimes even denies that she is in love. When she does open up she is quite the charmer, completely devoting most of her time to their relationship, even if she is extremely cheesy.
  Goofy/Trickster – Underneath the her lying and deceiving outer personality, Rubes is a complete and utter dork, she loves to goof around and play tricks on Gems, (which often involve her taking Gems’ stuff). She often tells corny jokes and puns that few Gems find all that funny. She also pulls usually harmless pranks, nothing that would hurt someone.

  Stubborn- Super stubborn, she won’t ever change her mind no matter what you say to her.

  Loyalty- While she may come off as a backstabbing Gem, she is in fact very loyal to those who she deems as close friends but there are few gems that have achieved this. "Honor among thieves" as they say.

Energetic- Rubes has plenty of energy to spare, but isn’t necessarily hyper in fact she can be calm when she wants.

Abilities: Standard gem abilities

Appearance: Rubes is short and stocky like most Rubies are. She is more of a less saturated color of red compared to some of the cannon Rubies and she has her hair in two buns (the tops of the buns almost look rose-like) with the rest of her hair framing her face. She wears maroon, long pants that cover most of her feet, a strapless crop top, a simple mask and doesn't wear any shoes. Rubes has black colored wrist length black colored gloves.

Other:

  History- Before coming to the Oasis, Rubes traveled with a group of bandit Gems that had escaped from Homeworld. They took what they wanted and had fun along the way. However, Homeworld had caught up to them causing them to have to split up. Rubes ended up on the planet where the Oasis is, but where the rest of her crew has gone in currently unknown.

Random Extras
  - Because she was split up from her friends and crew, Rubes is very determined to get off this planet and find them. Rubes is willing to do almost anything to be reunited with her crew even if it means stepping on others to get there...
- She's a pretty good dancer, but she passed on being an Entertainer since she believed that it won't suit her
-Really likes shiny stuff
  -As of landing on the Oasis Rubes has put all sorts of relationships to the side, as her main goal is to be reunited with her crew.

Also, she totally doesn’t have a possession of yours behind her back…
