Description
I'm studying some strikes that automatically teleport Asha (For MUGEN) near or away from the opponent or even behind the opponent, within the execution.
Getting hit during the transition will be devastating for Asha. The teleport in the middle of a blow and wether Asha stays in the new position or teleports again must be decided before the blow connects or misses.
In general Asha will be extremely swift and elusive, hard to catch, and with an agility that will help him capitalize nano to teleport, but he has a behavioral problem: he never blocks opponent's attack.
The character will be unable to block, because asha considers blocking an admission of his combat style being useless.
I have this idea to compensate the unfair advantages Asha's teleport gives him, if i find out that being unable to block is not enough.
Unlike the other characters that can't teleport themselves when there is the risk of getting dismembered, who plays Asha will be allowed to teleport in any circumstance, with very grim consequences if his boot gets caught in the floor or if he teleports into a wall.
Asha is a character created by Daniel Remar for the videogame Iji. The original game can be downloaded from Daniel Remar's page: remar.se/daniel/iji.php

Thank you very much.
I'm putting a lot of effort in him and Tor. Asha in particular, is kinda the Sagat of the situation, i'm still not entirely happy with how i rendered him, but i must be close to a decent solution.
Perhaps i should make a version of Asha for Mortal Kombat too, but since logically the imperial fleet would assign him to Sonya Blade, then there wouldn't be much to do for Johnny Cage and Liu Kang

Asha is better than Kurt Wagner, Asha's only real weak point is his immense hubris.
If he wasn't bound to his self-imposed challenges and the consequent handicaps, it would be safe to say he would be the most powerful komato in existence.
However, if something prevents him from teleporting safely, (smoke or dust) he would be relatively weak, despite his reflexes, amazing even by komato standards.
Unlike the original version, that sometimes "don't exist" In my MUGEN version, Asha exists in reality at all time, getting hit when he's disappearing or appearing will be exceptionally painful.
I don't know if Kurt Wagner even mentioned this problem, i only know that in "Magik" Shadowcat phased one of his feet into the ground, in a similar fashion of the training accident that costed Asha his right arm.

Poor human! She's losing a lot on that energy bar. That alien won't stop teleporting.
