by the way.. i really really really like your design here. must be a pain to set it all up.. pretty good job. i wanted to try this too but... too lazy and occupied for now. did you use photoshop for the PNGs here?

Hey! I am soo sorry for the late reply! I just used some tutorials that I could find on the internet. And then I kinda improvised. I know I had many many problems setting it up... But it is probably much easier if you can read and understand Japanese.
I hope you will figure it out! Be careful that you name everything right.

I uh, actualy need some help cuz.. I have a job that Ive started on, (for a TV show) and I need some advice on animating... like what program do you use... or idk I just need help! IM so sorry to bother ;-;

Well as mentioned below I used a programm called Emofuri. it it basically uses something similar to facial recognition except that you set the focus points yourself. Then it does something like ps liquify to animate certain parts.
The programm is ment for simple sim date game animations but it is fairly useless because you have 0 chances to export a high quality animation. >___<
You should try looking up some flash animation programs if you need to animate characters, but I can't really help you there because I haven't done that since high school. The the process is similiar to emofuri (in some of them atleast) exept that you need to move the parts by hand and here you use a bar. Once you have your characters ready it is fairy simple to animate. Just that the programs I used usually required that you draw them in vectors.
But if you need to make intros I would suggest Adobe After Effects. Also you should probably look up some tutorials. It has many step by step ones and they are really good for learning. ^^
But I really can't help you much because I haven't used these programs since high school. And the animations we do at uni... well I usually do them frame by frame. (•⊙ω⊙•)

That is a bit random and harsh because honestly when it comes to modern animation programms they all more or less make it very simple for you ONCE you have prepared your characters/backgrounds/etc.
Emofuri isn't some magic box where you just put your random art in and it suddenly gets animated. I had to prepare the drawing myself and I also had to set all the focus points for part recognition. And more or less all forward animation programms do that. What makes emofuri seem so easy is the fact that it is ment for simple animations and you more or less have no reason to become confiused + it also has some preset animations. But you can do the same things in more or less any flash animation programm as long as you have your characters ready.
Yes I do agree it is fairy fun and easy to get a simple animation when in other flash programs you'd probably work a bit more for the same result.

Well, you prepared it, right? Then, you went into Emofuri and used a preset animation, right? You set up the area, and then the program animated the area using a preset animation. That's what I meant. I didn't mean to be random or harsh.
I've used the program myself, as well as Flash. Flash does take more effort as you actually set up the frames and move them.

Flash needs more setting up for the very reason that it is ment for animating much more than just faces.
But honestly as a scooled media and animation technician I can assure you that in the 21st century you have animation programs that make the animation process the easiest part. Honestly Emofuri has a lot of preparations if you look at end result, because with the same amount of preparation you could animate so much more in a flash based program. But okay... my employees insisted I try it out and I did. Yes, I used a preset animation that is why I wrote that this is a test but emofuri lets you set keyframes to animate and it works in the same way as any other animation programm.
I just hate comments like this because you do not appreciate my hard work and the work of many others. At exhibitions I get comments like... Oh you did this in PS. Ahh that programm does everything for you.
No sorry.. computer programs are not some magical box where you put things in and it does everything for you.
But I do agree that emofuri is easier to use than some other animation programs BUT only because it offers a lot less and it makes it a lot less confiusing for the user, but it works in the same way as any other animation program, if you know how to properly use it.
And here I am sharing my experiences with programs I used a few years back (the only animatins I did now were hand drawn frame by frame). I am sure that the programs nowdays are even more automatized.
But please do not put my hard work and the work of many other artists down like that. Because I put a lot of hard work into my drawings. It is very unpolite...

this work looks amazing, and i really liked the character design. i really, really, did not mean to offend you in any way.
