Yeah, they're definitely seeing theft where there isn't any.Β It's good for folks to be on the lookout, to be sure, but this clearly isn't a case of theft at all.
That said, your Sky goat is really cute!Β I probably wouldn't have seen this otherwise, so some good came of this in the end.

I REALLY really doubt I'm the first person to make a blue goat character, so I really don't think there's any theft going on like you were insinuating!Β Besides, Sky here and my Skye are both pretty dang different.

They're positively adorable. I'm not very good at watching gore, but I've always been intrigued by Happy Tree Friends' concept of involving cute, colorful characters in deeply gruesome adventures. I really like how Sky's horns, ears and tail make it clear that they're a goat, and yet they feel like they are modeled after the same design of the main cast of HTF. Sky looks like they would fit right in!
