⏺HOW TO USE (easy steps):⏺

1) You need a FULL EDITION of AIDA64 installed for the next skins: CPU_RAM (partially), PSU, GPU and FANS. Others work independently of AIDA64.
AIDA64 must be running (in the background) all the time!
P.S. Always check out for the latest versions of Rainmeter and AIDA64 .
2) To set up the suite to works properly, configure AIDA64 as follows:
Run the program (AIDA64) and go to:  Files --> Preferences --> External Applications.
-2a) Check the "Enable writing sensor values to Registry" box (must be enabled):
Example
-2b) check the following sensor boxes like on the picture below (you can check them all, but it will use more Hardware resources):
Example
3) Set up AIDA64 to starts up with Windows and minimize [OPTIONALLY]:
Example .

FOR AMD Radeon CARD OWNERS
AMD Radeon Card owners have to easily enter the Total memory amount of their cards manually in the Settings panel, unlike NVIDIA card owners:
Example

ABOUT PSU SKIN
To use PSU Skin, you must have a PSU with Digital Link Interface such as Corsair's RMi, HXi and AXi series. Make sure you checked the PSU related sensor boxes from step 2b.
This is where to enter the Max Power of your PSU in Settings panel:
Example

Just a few notes if you plan to do this (I'm the one who created the skin that he linked).

illustro Gadgets is completely obselete and outdated, and I DO NOT recommend using any of the code from it. It's very cluttered, disorganized, and inefficient. Instead, if you decide to create a dynamic drives meter, then you should look at the code for ModernGadgets  instead. It's the successor to illustro Gadgets and is much more well-designed. And even if you download it, I would not recommend using that version (v1.2.2 is the most recent release). I'm about to release a major update (v1.3.0) with tons of backend changes, and that is what I recommend using as a base.

That is, assuming you're going to go through with it in the first place.

Some other things about a dynamic disks meter: It is VERY resource heavy. As in it will lag every Rainmeter skin every time it updates due to the sheer amount of measures and meters required for such a skin. The Disks Meter in ModernGadgets (which supports all disks A-Z) is over 5500 lines long, and has hundreds of measures and meters. So if you decide to pursue this, keep that in mind.

Good luck.

I've had it in my mind, plus auto detecting of drives cannot be implemented with separated skins for every disk drive, as it's in my case. Don't want to change this style (to make all in one solution). If i did so, all the graphs would have to be merged to one place as you did (hard to detect what you want). Imagine such graph with 10+ drives.

And, as the result of all, the skin would be showing more or less the same features but pretty heavier for hardware, much more the code, headache etc... Just to save us of 2 - 3 clicks. Isn't so?

Called off in time!

Ty for the notice.

I want to see the beautiful graphs A combined drive meter would be awesome but I can understand it is a very time consuming process to create such a skin. Thank you for your time.

Hello! This version is fantastic! Could you please tell me what is the "key-word" for package CPU temp? (instead of TCPU) I find that a little more usefull to be honest..

I just found it in registry editor (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\FinalWire\AIDA64\SensorValues) TCPUPKG

Thx so much for this skin! I've been using it for years now, with some personal tweaks in the layout. Very simple and yet complete.

And i have an hint: Since with the Fall Creators update in Windows 10 they added the GPU data in the task manager, it would be possible do a "lite" version that can run without AIDA64? It would be great for having one less program autostart in Windows every time.

Pul53dr1v3r In reply to RaygenRage [2017-12-02 20:59:37 +0000 UTC]

Hi. I 've seen the feature but the skin makers need a plug-in to get the sensor data from Windows to their's skins. At the present time , there is no such plug-in(s) that can replace the needs for programs such as AIDA, HWINFO etc., as far as i know. Here you can see all the current Rainmeter's plug-ins: Rainmeter Plugins .
Btw, AIDA is very light, has very low CPU and RAM usage and therefore you shouldn't care for its resource consumption at all : AIDA'S Usage
From my point of view, the only bad thing about AIDA is that there is no any free edition.
Also, if you did setup as I've described in the "HOW TO USE" section, you won't even notice you have it installed on your system.

If there is any appropriate plugin released, i'd try it at least. But there is not. Hope it will change in the near future.

RaygenRage In reply to Pul53dr1v3r [2017-12-03 14:45:04 +0000 UTC]

Uh, the more i know. Yeah in fact i got the idea since Rainmeter itself have already a skin for some system monitoring that work without external programs, so i tought it was directly connected to Windows task manager or similar system integrated stuff.
But so it runs on his integrated plug-in.. interesting. Well, since it work like this i think they could add the GPU data while ago, but dunno, maybe with this task manager renovation they will update the plug-in too or some 3rd party ones will come, we'll see
For now, i'm rocking a AIDA64 Extreme edition without no problem, yup. And it's a pretty good choice of software too, so no problem having it in background. It was mainly a matter of free some space in the system tray, since at this rate it will probably have more icon than the desktop :v

With the update to 1.9, my PSU module has stopped reading values from my Corsair AX1200i.  I am running CorsairLINK and Corsair Utility Engine (latest versions) and the latest full version of AIDA64 Extreme.

Pul53dr1v3r In reply to SeanMalahy [2017-11-23 21:24:30 +0000 UTC]

You don't need anything else besides AIDA to read the PSU values.  Make sure if you marked all the PSU related registry boxes: postimg.org/image/4mbbu5yop/ . Also, restart your System or just AIDA as it can get bugged over time.
Tell me if it solved your issue.

Edit: check out is your Corsair Link working properly. The LED on your PSU should blink orange-green if it sends data from the PSU.

According to the pics, you are missing only these 3 sensors: Pic#1
Try to completely uninstall Corsair Link and any other PSU related software except AIDA, or just disable them in the services.
As I see both, Battery and PSU sensors active in your AIDA, have to ask are you using an UPS?
What i can say is that the skin and Rainmeter have nothing to do with your issue. If removing Corsair's Utilities wouldn't help, feel free to post your problem on AIDA Forum . If everything is OK with your hardware, it can only be a support issue related with AIDA.

This is great! But is it possible to have the network by default show the internal and not external. I noticed when the PC reboots or if you refresh the network one, by default it shows the external. Is there a way to make it show internal by default? I hope I am making sense? I screen Share and Stream sometimes and I know I wont always remember to click on it to show internal when the PC first boots up.

Hi. If you are using Windows 10, you have to RESTART the system (Computer) to reset the system Up-Time. Shut down won't help as Windows 10 works different from its predecessors.

If you want that UpTime resets every time you either Restart or Shut Down your System, disable "Turn on fast startup" option from the picture, but your System will boot up slower. It won't affect anything else.

Nice. Just to mention (if you don't know), always choose the right skin (NVIDIA or ATI). With an integrated Graphics, many options won't work since Integrated GPUs aren't standalone devices, haven't its own FANs, memory, sensors etc.

Newer GPUs also have a mode called "0dB FAN mode" or similar, that turns FANs off until the GPU reach 50°C (for example). However, you can switch on/off that mode in the Video Card's Utility Software(green rectangle on the picture): Picture

unfortunately yes, but you can use it at your own risk from an older version of the package as it causes crashes on some systems and significant resource consumption. If you want to use it anyway, I'll append that to a different link.
Even the official rainmeter's plug-in that displays only one process by CPU usage isn't completely safe of it as you can read here: AdvancedCPU plugin .

Hello. As I have never had a hsdpa, I'm even unable to try to solve the problem in the right way. My guess is that the skin, better to say Rainmeter's plug-in that's in charge of measuring internet data usage, doesn't even recognize HSDPA as an internet device but an Usb Flash Drive. I could do with a screenshot of the skin under high Internet load to get the issue a little bit better.
