⏺HOW TO USE (easy steps):⏺
1) You need a FULL EDITION of AIDA64 installed for the next skins: CPU_RAM (partially), PSU, GPU and FANS. Others work independently of AIDA64.
AIDA64 must be running (in the background) all the time!
P.S. Always check out for the latest versions of Rainmeter and AIDA64 .
2) To set up the suite to works properly, configure AIDA64 as follows:
Run the program (AIDA64) and go to: Files --> Preferences --> External Applications.
-2a) Check the "Enable writing sensor values to Registry" box (must be enabled):
Example
-2b) check the following sensor boxes like on the picture below (you can check them all, but it will use more Hardware resources):
Example
3) Set up AIDA64 to starts up with Windows and minimize [OPTIONALLY]:
Example .
FOR AMD Radeon CARD OWNERS
AMD Radeon Card owners have to easily enter the Total memory amount of their cards manually in the Settings panel, unlike NVIDIA card owners:
Example
ABOUT PSU SKIN
To use PSU Skin, you must have a PSU with Digital Link Interface such as Corsair's RMi, HXi and AXi series. Make sure you checked the PSU related sensor boxes from step 2b.
This is where to enter the Max Power of your PSU in Settings panel:

Thanks for testing it mate. For now, i don't see a better place for the arrows so i'll keep them where they are. Their use is, along with showing the data moving direction (upload/download), is to show ANY network activity, even when the graph can't show it. If you or any of the known softares you have don't use internet but the traffic is active, there is sth wrong.
That's why i found this very useful but i'll probably add an option to hide it as well.
There are two circled on the arch, Sun (yellow) and Moon (grey). Are you sure the circle you see is yellow?
As we arent so far from each other, the animation should be more or less the same:
Have you tested the new Weather Location Finder?

I have reformatted my windows again and now astronomy skin says "no rise" and "no set" and the sun always shining What did I do wrong?
EDIT: After some series of restarting windows did the trick. I really don't know what was wrong

Every new verison of Windows 10 is a new challenge. Get ready for everything.
Btw, you can enter the latitude and longitude manually if the autodetection makes some issues. It will always work, and even more precise than the detection via IP address that detects the DNS server location, not your real.

You can watch about it here. Just a few secs of the video: video . So everything in the Astronomy settings panel is clickable where you can type in coordinates and change the poles manually.

You are right about the arrows and I got them back but the arrows' location is best on 2.6 imho, so I revert my skin to that version. For the Astronomy skin, that was my bad. It's working without any issues. And yes I tested the weather location finder and it's working flawlessly 2.6 couldn't find my neighborhood but this one found it immediately.

Hi. Yes, i noticed the issue with the GPU temp string color and its been fixed for the next quick update that should come soon. Thanks for reporting the bug. Also, the characters size is the same as they use the same Styles.
As to the arrows, i know it's not perfect solution but i'd like to see a better idea.

Hi. When i finish next big update (possibly v2.7) for AIDA64 Edition, i'll put my effort into HWiNFO Edition. Btw in the meanwhile, you can use the missing skins from this edition along with HWi.

Yea finally. But i just noticed that if you type Ankara in the Waether Location Finder, you won't be happy with the results as it sorts the results alphabetically by Country name. So i'm gonna add a new optional input box for the country, below the place/city field so it will be more accurate in that case.
Would be strange if i'd make something without issues at once...
Thank you a lot for the support.

You're right. The quotation marks are really missing where they should be but as was unable to replicate the issue, i'd didn't pay attention at it. It works well for the most of users but a few of them have the same issue.
Could you pls replace the SettingsTab6.ini locaten on C:\Users\User\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins\RainformerAIDA64\Settings with this one:
INI No Preview
Then refresh Rainmeter, and open the Settings panel, tab "Skins 5" and test it once more.

Hi.
All you have to do is to copy the location code either from weather.com site URL, where the code contains 64 alphanumeric characters. Example:
An URL for Jakarta is: "weather.com/weather/today/l/363e9580fc9dcc8e3ab95158a9435cd81609c821e02330d47b121ea1d65771dc"
the location code from the URL for Jakarta: "363e9580fc9dcc8e3ab95158a9435cd81609c821e02330d47b121ea1d65771dc"
Or go to weather.codes/ any search for your location. In case your city isn't listed, scroll down, find your country name, click on it and then find your city and copy its weather location code.
For Jakarta the code is IDXX0022.
Copy any of the codes, paste it into Rainformer Weather skin settings location box, press Enter on your keyboard, then press the Apply button at the bottom of the settings tab to refresh the skin-apply the change.

Hi.
To put a blankspace between the values, modify all the [MeterForecastDayNNTemp] meters (NN=numbers from 1-12), 12 of them as it follows:

i set it so deliberately to save some space since using one more ° sign along with the vertical line (almost) exceeds the skin width in case when the temps are minuses with 2 digits (-23°|-25°). But another good solution might be using this format: %1#deg #%2#deg # without whitespace or vertical line...

thanks mate. If i remember well, you had some issues with the Settings panel of Rainformer 2.4... Do you still have the same?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
archdevil In reply to Pul53dr1v3r [2020-01-19 14:44:54 +0000 UTC]
Yeah I am experiencing the same but I can manage the edit the settings via the variables.inc file. So there is no need to fix something at my end. But if you want specifics for the error (e.g. log files or my specific software and hardware specs) I can give you the details that you might want.
Which doesn't work for me:
Editable values like stroke width or weather location but I can choose the colors via the color picker.
But really I don't need these to be fixed, I prefer you to spend your spare time to develop a combined disks meter
Please forgive my rudeness if you find any, English is not my native language

seems there is sth wrong either with your OS or probably Firewall / Antivirus are the culprits that prevents you to input anytinh through the Rainmeter's InputText plug-in. i rewrked almost the whole Settings panel and that's why i asked you about the issue. Btw nobody else have reported such an issue so far.
As for the Disks skin, it should go fast when i start to work with it. Up to then, i'm trying to improve the current suite, especially the Weather skin as many of us have troubles with it thanks to weather.com wxdata feed is down, most likely for good.

I reinstalled windows lately and I have tried to setup rainmeter from scratch but no luck with it. I don't use any av except windows' own security. Please don't mind my input issue. I have learned much from you and artists/coders like you thanks to these little issues. I can navigate my way thru the settings files via editing ini or inc files individually. If it helps: I can input text inside the color picker. Not tried any other skin with input text fields. If you want me to I can install such skin just for debugging. But again I really prefer you to spend your free time with the suite's improvements. Since I am the only one with this issue I think the responsible culprit is definitely on my side.
AAAAAND for the disk skin news. I am realy greatly appreciated that you even considering it. I will be waiting for it in the next updates. Thank you so much again mate
Edit:
I have edited some colors as I have used to use magnificient Illustro Pulsar. Here you may check if you want :
