Haha, that's what the controversy surrounding this snack is all about. The company that manufactures these never really explained what they meant with that "dark outside but white inside" tagline. So I guess it's up to speculations.
Some were offended by it but most of the people here just laughed it off. Or just ignored it. It didn't really matter.
But we are curious of its taste. Some blogs I've read about it said that it didn't really taste that spectacular. Haha. XD
