First batch of these! And kicking off my new adopt account with these suckers. :3

NOTLIKS

What are Notliks?
Notliks are small, thieving creatures that are more likened to teeny monsters than any actual animal. They usually have some sort of fascination or fixation with some kind of object (be it shiny, a particular color, texture, or even shape), and will do whatever they can to hoard said object. A few examples of such things have been marbles, candy wrappers, ears, spools of thread, and teeth.

They can be violent to get what they want (see the ears and teeth listed above), and generally will only behave when their special-something is offered as a reward or treat. Size varies, usually depending on how large they need to grow to deal with whatever their special-something is. Notliks that fancy butterfly wings may only grow to a hand-width, where those that may fancy shark jaws can get pretty big. Mainly they're colored to thrive in whatever environment they need to deal with in order to get what they want.

Why "Notlik"?
Have you ever tried to bribe a Notlik with something it isn't fond of? You won't get much further than a "Not Like" over and over when attempting to haggle or reason with it. While it is mainly pronounced as "not-like", it has been misused as "not-lick" enough times that it's common to pronounce and refer to them as such.

• no reselling, although you may gift one that you've bought
• first-come, first-serve
• this is a closed species, you may not make your own Notlik! srry<3
• once it's yours you can do what you wish; make them into anthro/demons/humans/ferals/add clothes/whateva
• you're allowed to mildly tweak the basic designs/colors when you own it, although nothing completely new~
• you only need to credit the first time you put up the design yourself, after that you don't have to c:

please only sent the payment after I've confirmed that the adopt is indeed yours for the taking!
I'll usually wait 24 hours after I've confirmed for the payment, if you haven't submitted it in that time it'll be open again for the next person.
I'll note you an unwatermarked/larger version in a note after the transaction is complete. c:
