HELL YEAH! this is what vampires originally are and should've always WERE!
With all the stupid movies about vampires that are coming out this decade (Twiloght's Saga) this is a photo that reminds people what a VAMPIRE is like, pale skin, NO SPARKLE AT THE SUN, sharp teeth and messy hair.
I don't understand how does this vampire is surviving the daylight, but I am going to asume that that is what those scars work for, if that is the case, I think a little some coming out of them would've been even BETTER for this photo.
But taking out the logic, I think this pic would've work A LOT better if you have taken it on the night, maybe with a different background, but aside that, well done, REMIND THE WORLD HOW VAMPIRES LOOK LIKE

The pain was forgotten as soon as he released her soft, punctured flesh from his jaws. A part of her still feared this creature that had attacked her, but she had lost all ability to resist. The woman found herself fading to sleep, and she gladly let the sensation overtake her.
