I love the concept of this work as well as its fulfillment. The backstory screams to be told. Is this actually the victims spirit... or does the Vamp have a spirit guide who leads him to victims who "look like" her? Is the spirit hanging around so she can "arise" and share in his future hunts as they jointly quench their unholy thirsts?

Nice concept. You don't see this much, and it is (IMHO) a good idea.
A bite mark/blood on the neck of the victim might have added a bit to it, but that's only my opinion too.
I might have used a smaller f/stop though. The tomb in the background is still in focus (21mm lens will do that, huh?) and somewhat distracts from the subjects at hand.
Other than that, good exposure, composition and framing!
